The philosophy of the Fitality Fitness :
To promote health, physical well-being and development of physical skill. The Fitality Fitness Programmes are part of Physical Education, Athletics and Recreation Sports.
Fitality Fitness is designed to serve individual interests in different competitive sports and recreational activities. These interests can be competitive, recreational or instructional in nature.
Fitality Fitness objectives:
To make available to students opportunities for the instruction and participation in wide range of recreational and competitive programmes which can develop sound lifelong leisure and skills.
To develop leadership by providing opportunities for students to organise, administrate and problem solve for individual teams.
